Some of our new products

Well I have not blogged for a long time.  I have just been busy doing jobs for multiple persons and haven't had chance to devote myself into this blog thing.  Good news is that we are doing very well!!  Here are some of our new products made for tour:

This is H209 Driver.  4PC forged cup face construction.  We made a several for a player C.H on tour and he seems to like it. Classic look and modern performance.

We also have some movements in iron design as well:

K101-MB!!!   6-PW only per request from tour.  It comes in PVD finish as well.

Also K101 PVD ......

Yes Black is beautiful!!!!    To be continued......

The best finish ever!!!

We made several clubs for the Korean stallion KJ Choi......  and he really liked our M1 series fairway woods.
So to make this long story short, he almost won the AT&T at Aronimink with M114 and M120!    2nd place with 2 of our clubs in his bag!!!!!    here's the Darrel Survey copy.....

How about that!!   Thanks Jeff and Apache Joe from Metrix.   We owe you one.  So I hope I will post again soon.    This guy below almost made it to the British......

The First Round

Our man started on 2:18 off of 10th hole.   In short, he bogeyed every time he missed the fairway....... but made a few good birdie putts and finished +2.  Not so bad considering the marginal play by his standard.

Congressional - continued......

This is the hallway the leads to outside from the locker room...... many presidents and past club champions and winners....

More pics and reports later today..... Our practice round is at 2:18PM.  he tees off about at the same time Thursday from 10th tee.  One of the toughest hole in my opinion..... hard to stop it on that green.

Congressional

So I am at Congressional working with Kenichi Kuboya and the whole crew all week.

This place has so much history.   I am fortunate enough to have full access including locker room this week and I found this displayed inside.

There are so many pics of us and our boy Kenichi on golfwrx website (Thanks Greg!!!)  i hope he does well this week.  I caddied for him on Saturday and the course was brutal...  long and relentless....   but the fairways are somewhat generous - wider than usual US Open?  You be the judge.   More updates later.

Our guy will be one of the only two Japanese golfers along with the famous(Infamous) Ryo Ishikawa. We are supposed to have dinner with Ryo and the whole GDI clan on Tuesday of the tournament week.  I will tell you guys more about it when it happens.

Anyway we are so happy to have AKIRA in the US Open and Jeff is pumped because he will officially have a staff to service in a tournament - in the US Open of all places......

I have read this booklet and there are so many rules and restrictions...... Wish us luck in the US Open.

Tour Raw

One of our jobs here is to design US models based on the feedback we get from tour players here.   So we started off with wedges - 48deg all the way down to 60deg.  Most of these will end up in the hands of people with PGA tour card but we will sell whatever is left, probably just a few / loft,   to whoever wants in the real life.
Sorry for the lame picture..... maybe I should pony up and buy a nice camera.   These will cost you anywhere from $200-$220 depending on what you want done.  You will get 3 letters of your choice free and and also 2 colors of paint.  Whatever shaft you want and a very nice Akira grip made by the good people of Serizawa grips of Japan.
Look for this in Golfwrx spypics!!!
